Business Development Associate
The primary role of the Business Development Partner at BlueSense is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the firm. They must develop a rapport with new clients, meet targets for sales & provide support that will continually improve the relationship. This requires a thorough knowledge of our market, the solutions/services the firm can provide, & of the firm’s competitors.
Research & prospect for potential new clientele
Identify potential clients, & the decision makers for meets.
Cold call as appropriate within our market & geographic area.
Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, & leveraging.
Develop proposals that meet needs, concerns, & objectives.
Plan approaches & pitches.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasising agreements & working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Bachelor’s degree & 2-5 years of sales or marketing experience in the consulting or professional services industry.
Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
Experience selling to SMEs/Startups is essential
